Dr. Ian L. Knowles: Chillwall AI Has Developed a Digital Human Concierge Under It’s Human 2.0 Program

August 6, 2022

Chillwall AI has developed a Digital Human Concierge under it’s Human 2.0 program.

The Digital Human has been trained to recognize the emotions, preferences, desires and behavioural patterns of people in order to provide recommendations. All this, without any requirement by users to search or ask for assistance.

Tell us about yourself?

I hold a doctorate in Applied Social Psychology, specializing in Applied Behavioural Modeling and Research. My fascination with the ability of a trained AI models to accurately predict human desires drove my interest in this work.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Work with technology lawyers develop the software license about 1-year earlier. Demand came on faster than anticipated.

What problem does your business solve?

It removes the requirement of those needing information to have to find it. We give users of our applications in health care, AI datamining, travel and in other sectors the ability to have a better work and home life.

We enhance the wellness and enjoyment of life.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

Michael Campanelli (the other co-founder) and I recognized that we could take behavioural modeling online.

Rather than provide only offline insights to corporate clients, we realized that there was an opportunity to apply these models in real-time, online, in a variety of settings in which people can use help. And we wanted to provide that assistance without people needing to request it.

What is your magic sauce?

Our magic sauce is the combination of Betty, our AI platform and AEVI, our digital human. Betty is our best employee who finds ways to enhance human lives.

AEVI understands human interactions and is the perfect virtual human face to our product. AEVI is a software robot, or bot, that looks and acts human, who provides a human-like conversation experience for our clients.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We want to integrate Digital Human interfaces into everyday software. Imagine working on a presentation and AEVI lets you know that she can complete the next 10 slides.

Imagine working on a business case and AEVI populates the business case with all of the correct numbers without any requirement to do research.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Our developers must know real AI, not just machine learning. Plus, they also have to be experts in fields such as Natural Language Processing, software robotics and other fields to fit our requirements. Finding people with all of the experience and credentials we need can often be tough.

Wading through a stack of resumés of rudimentary Python coders to find a specially talent resource often takes a lot of time.

How do people get involved/buy into your vision?

We want organizations who need Mental Health outreach, we want tourism agencies who want their visitors to spend more money and have a more rich experience.

e want automotive companies who want a more intelligent, human entertainment console. Organizations who want the best, AI datamining insights should get in touch. We want companies who need an effective, realistic virtual human customer service experience.

We want providers of business software who would like a near-human helper available to their users. Contact [email protected] for a demo.
