Tell us about yourself?
After almost decade in the Emergency medical field, I decided to change directions and identified a very large gap in the technology industry and specifically in the voice over IP services.
I joined Cisco’s training program for network engineering and 2 years later i found myself eager to make a real change. with the help of Google ads, I was able to introduce myself to the local businesses. 11 years later , EB Solution operates in few countries with its head office in Canada and few locations across the United States.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
I would do exactly the same as I did now, i learned all aspects of business, the technical, the accounting, the management, the sales and marketing.
I would though , make myself alerted in the early stages of the business to what not to do with clients and what not to spend time on first rather than on how to make myself “like” other companies.
What problem does your business solve?
We master in 3 major services: Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Business continuity & Disaster recovery. Clients who choose to have all 3 services, will receive Help-Desk services as well.
We will manage their environment completely. We are the ” internal” IT department for the client – located physically in a different office.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
When I was working for a technology company, I was introduced to very high amount of clients who had real difficulties to understand how digitization of their business can increase their revenue grow while decreasing their expenses. This is exactly the goal of our services.
What is your magic sauce?
EB Solution’s goals are what any business owner require: our services will increase revenue and decrease the expenses for our clients operations based on best practices for the industry benchmark .Security focused, guaranteed satisfaction, always reachable!
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Currently EB Solution providing services across Canada and 4 states in the US. In 5 years we will be providing services across all states, we will grow our services in UK and looking to expand to more markets. our Telephony in house services will decrease its prices and EB Solution will become one of top 500 Information Technology companies in North America.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
We have a client that came to us due to Cybersecurity issues and was objecting to replace the strategy of security ( Internal and Secondary policies). it took us over 3 weeks of meetings to go through all comparable vendors technical data in order to receive an approval from that client to make the changes.
With that being said, it took us only 58 days to deploy the changes in more than 420 locations.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We are looking to work with small to mid-size companies across Canada and USA who wish to increase revenue and decrease their expenses while experiencing the best possible IT services for their business.
