We provide a SaaS platform to help financial institutions accelerate digital transformation. We want to eliminate manual and repetitive work in companies and enable companies to leverage technology to provide a fulfilling and rich experience to their employees.

Tell us about yourself?

I have been working in management consulting for over a decade for companies like KPMG, EY and Accenture.

I have worked cross industry with a focus on financial institutions in helping them implement digital transformation projects. I have seen first person with the clients I was working the need for a solution like ProcessLenz.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

Its important to validate your idea properly so that your can identify the right persona and the right go to market

What problem does your business solve?

It takes 2 – 3 week for companies to analyze a process and decide what technology they should use to automate it and if it makes sense financially. With our platform this time is reduced to 15-30 min

What is the inspiration behind your business?

I have seen a large bank transform their entire operations in a very short amount of time by implementing the principles and methodology that we digitalizied into our platform. This bank was able to automate 1000+ processes in one year while the industry standard is around 20.

What is your magic sauce?

We have a custom methodology built together with our Partner KPMG and an algorithm that suggests users the best processes for automation.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

We are part of District 3 Launch and grow program and on track to becoming a 100 mil $ company within the following 2 year.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

We faced and still face many challenges but a constant challenge is the uncertainty. Startup life is like a roller-coaster some days you are over the moon because you got your first client but then you realize your startup is not big enough to work with that customer.

The solution is perseverance and knowing that by trying different approaches and not giving up eventually you will reach your goal.
