Our mission at Monday Blues is to empower organizations to prioritize the well-being and mental health of their employees through innovative HR solutions. We strive to provide a user-friendly and AI-powered platform that identifies and addresses burnout and mental health issues, helping companies to foster a healthier and more productive workforce.

Tell us about yourself?

My background lies in the field of psychology, where I gained experience in providing counseling services to companies aimed at improving employee mental health and performance. It was during this time that I became intimately familiar with the burnout phenomenon and recognized the pressing need for a more effective solution to address this issue within numerous organizations. This experience served as a compelling catalyst for my journey into this line of work.

If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?

I would advise myself to embrace calculated risks. In the business world, well-thought-out risks frequently pave the way for innovation and expansion. While it’s crucial to evaluate risks diligently, it’s equally important not to shy away from them completely.

What problem does your business solve?

My business solves the challenge of managing HR costs for small companies and promotes mental health awareness while addressing employee burnout in the workplace.

What is the inspiration behind your business?

The inspiration behind our business stems from the desire to assist companies in managing their HR costs effectively. We aim to alleviate the financial burden that recruitment, benefits, compliance, and employee development can pose for these businesses. Simultaneously, we are inspired by the importance of promoting mental health awareness and addressing employee burnout, aiming to enhance the well-being and productivity of employees in various workplaces. Our primary goal is to provide solutions for small businesses facing these challenges, helping them create a healthier and more cost-efficient work environment.

What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?

In the next five years, our plan is to expand our services to a broader range of small and medium-sized businesses. We aim to become a leading solution provider for HR cost management and mental health awareness in the workplace.

What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?

Our primary challenge has consistently revolved around privacy and data security. Handling the sensitive nature of mental health and HR data has been a persistent concern, prompting us to make necessary adjustments along the way. This experience has underscored the importance of staying flexible and adaptable in the business landscape.
